Noted authors to be honoured at Kalinga Literary Festival

Kalinga Literary Annual Awards have four segments: ‘Kalinga Literary Award’, ‘Kalinga Karubaki Award’, ‘Kalinga International Literary Award’, and ‘Kalinga Literary Youth Award’.Veteran writers Pavan K Verma, Rajendra Kishore Panda, Paro Anand to be conferred with ‘Prestigious Kalinga Literary Awards of 2019’.
