first_img Car destroyed after being set on fire in Derry Police have launched an investigation after a car was set on fire outside a house in Derry this morning.The incident happened at approximately 3am in the Bogside area of the city.Police say the car was destroyed while a house nearby was also damaged by the fire.Anyone who noticed suspicious activity in the area is asked to contact detectives at Strand Road police station on the non-emergency number 101.
