first_imgThe painting ‘Early Morning In Donegal’ by Paul Henry which fetched the top price at auction.A painting of a Donegal landscape by artist Paul Henry has fetched the top price at one of Ireland’s best-known art auctions.Adam’s regards its Christmas Important Irish Art auction as “a barometer of the health of the Irish art market”.And the top price, €160,000, was achieved for Early Morning in Donegal by Henry – comfortably exceeding the €70,000-€100,000 guide.
