Between them, the two brand stores operate 680 outlets in the Republic.Workers in store use sensors to ensure food is being maintained at correct temperatures, with the data being recorded on a web-based system. Figures that do not conform with required regulatory standards generate alerts, which are sent to store supervisors and managers by way of text message.The FoodCheck system will replace the paper-based monitoring record, which requires more time to carry out and is more prone to human error.Kelsius is a cloud-based food safety monitoring business based in Falcarragh.It says its FoodCheck system, based on expertise in sensor technology, is the only one of its kind in the market.
