BACOLOD City – Police arrested adrunken man for possessing an unlicensed gun in Barangay Mansilingan. Police officers seized an improvisedfirearm and a shell of a 12-gauge shotgun from Planilla. The suspect was detained in thecustodial facility of Police Station 7./PN He was identified as 34-year-old AlanPlanilla of Barangay Vista Alegre, a police report showed.
