Related News Jimmer Fredette could be nearing a return to the NBA.The Suns are planning to meet with the 30-year-old guard Thursday, according to a report from 98.7 FM Arizona’s Sports Station. The team has an open roster spot and could sign Fredette for the rest of 2018-19, the report says. Fredette had been playing for the Shanghai Sharks of the Chinese Basketball Association. But, they were eliminated from the playoffs and their season came to an end earlier this week, according to the report.
